Change server IP-address

In the monitoring system, it is impossible to change the IP address of the server due to certain technical reasons. IP addresses and domains are server identifiers. The monitoring system works with specific physical addresses of servers, servers in the database are not identified with abstract projects.

If the server did not specify a domain for the address, then simply add the new server address to the monitoring. The old address will eventually go to the archive if it is offline for some time.

If the server had a domain specified for the address, and you changed the IP address of your domain (in the control panel of your hosting), then in this case the system will eventually update the IP address of the domain in the system and will start making requests to the new IP address. The monitoring system updates the IP addresses of domains once a day. Here you should also remember that if you changed the IP address of the domain, then global updates may occur only after a few hours (depending on the settings of your domain).

If you want to transfer services from one address to another, contact the site administrator. You must write a letter from your account or your e-mail, which were used when ordering services.

Change server domain address

If you want to set a domain for the server address (including changing the current domain), contact the site administrator. You must first confirm your ownership of the server (this can be done in the "Edit" subsection on the server page). If you cannot confirm your ownership, your application will be rejected.
